Boudoir Photography - Angela

Now for something totally new for me: Boudoir Photography.

For those interested, a boudoir is a lady's private bedroom, sitting or dressing room. The term derives from the French verb bouder, meaning "to pout" (thanks Wikipedia for this short, precise, concise explanation). I find this term very cute and, mainly, it prevents a lot of embarrassment. After all, it's much easier to request a "Boudoir" session that request a, "you know, something a bit erotic but not too much". It's also much easier to justify it (or even show it) to friends: "Look at my Boudoir session" sounds much better than "would you like to see pics of me with my clothes off?".

So here you go internet, a sneek peek into my first session. I say sneek peek because for privacy reasons not all pictures can be featured on the blog. The picture below was approved by Angela who played the game beautifully. And beauty she had plenty...

I think this would be my favourite of the session. Gorgeous face and matching shoes!
